Please print the client paperwork forms, complete them, and bring them with you to your first appointment. (Please do not email the forms to us).

Your initial appointment:

Your first appointment will take 1 hour. Subsequent appointments are 45-50 minutes. During the appointment, you will meet with a therapist to help understand your issues and concerns. After this session, you may develop a plan to address the issues in subsequent sessions.

Confidentiality:

All sessions are confidential except for certain life threatening situations which will be reviewed with you by your therapist.
